Yes! We offer personalized stamp customization. Simply provide the text/content you want on the stamp (e.g. name, company name, stamp type), and upload any required documents (such as business license or ID for official stamps). We'll confirm the layout with you before production.

Yes! For custom orders, we can provide a digital proof for you to review and confirm before engraving begins. We want to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

If you have ordered using the wrong shipping address please contact us as soon as possible. We are only able to make corrections until your order has been shipped.
After your order has been shipped we are unable to re-direct your package, and you will have to place another order.

Seal making usually takes 1-3 working days. We usually use DHL for shipping, and there may be some reasons for delayed shipments, so you don't have to worry. I suggest calculating the shipping time at any time between 5-10 days. If there are any other special circumstances, we will contact you promptly.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through here. The total delivery time is 10-45 business days.

Customized products are non-refundable unless there is a quality issue caused by us (e.g. incorrect engraving, damage). In that case, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll offer a free replacement or refund.

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging. Please visit our returns page for more detailed instructions.

If your stamp arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you. Please keep all packaging materials and take photos of the damage to assist with the claim process.

If you refuse your package without direction from us you will be responsible for any shipping charges.
